We were here for a week, would have stayed a month or a season. People, rig friendly this resort caters to the seasonal RVer, the yearly mobile home resident and the overnighter. Clean, friendly, lots to do at the park and in the surrounding area. Benson is an old railroad town with history, desert is all around with ATV trails, hiking activities and much more. Indoor pool with hot tub, billiards, cards, library, great laundry facilities on site. Stay a day, consider a week or a month.
A very nice, well maintained park and train noise is distant to unable to hear at all. Friendly people and great PA rate that they let us extend. Good cable and over the air tv but $ for wifi. Good water. Many nice day trips from this easy off the interstate location.
Great place! Very accommodating, Shari in the office is very nice, as is everyone else. Lots of activities, very clean.
We are here a week...unfortunately! The pull thru sites are long and wide. Very clean and private. Close to many historic sites and caverns. We loved our time here and will definitely return. Passport America rate unlimited.
The staff here are amazing. The park is very clean and well taken care of. Pull through site are huge, Pool and hot tub are located indoors, and both are heated. Laundry is $1.50 to wash and $1.00 to dry. Showers are very clean. Very impressed with this park!
Honored Passport America and it was their high season! Exceptionally clean, friendly, and a great place to spend some time. Great hiking just out the gate and convenient to area mountain hikes (like Cochise Stronghold). Nice heated pool and jacuzzi. Plenty of restrooms and showers for the RVers. Well maintained area. People take pride in their properties. Sherry in the office is cheerful and helpful. The hosts go the extra mile to make your visit enjoyable. Very little train noise. No traffic noise.

Very nice park lots of activities. Good jumping off point for Tombstone, Bisbee and Sierra Vista. Yes we will stay again. Note far off the interstate. There are a few nearby trains but hardly noticed. Oh ya everyone we met in the park were super nice.
This RV park is one of our favorites. We stayed 2 weeks last year, but only one week this year...NOT LONG ENOUGH! We will return next year for much longer. The hiking is great, the park is clean, the residents/staff/hosts are friendly. Sherry in the office always has a cheerful smile. The hosts go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. A $40 deposit gets you cable during your stay...it's refunded in full once you return the equipment. We paid $147.50 for the week (included taxes) for full hookup.
This place was absolutely wonderful. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The people in the office were so helpful. We stayed here at the recommendation of some friends who also happened to be in attendance at the same time. This is a great location with easy access to every thing around you. I would highly recommend it. They have a nice clubhouse with fun events to attend. Everyone at the clubhouse was so friendly. We played card bingo for the first time. There were 104 people in attendance so get there early to get your seat! They have wonderful entertainment and from what I understand a large/strong quilting group.
Everyone friendly clean place pools and restrooms will be back and stay a month next year My dog loved it also and a lot of motorcycle rides around . did I say really friendly people
Stopped here on our way to Casa Grande. Super clean park, well set up, pull thru's FHU's. Watched the Super Bowl, visited Tombstone, attended Church Services at a nice small Catholic Church in town. Ate at a local Mexican restaurant, great food. There's a propane station in town, and a Wal-Mart. Would stay again for sure.
