Stay away after we checked in and paid they told us we couldn't use water. Trees need trimmed and owners let big dogs run free. Told that they recently purchased property but they need to clean up their act.

| Great place!

Just spent 3 nights there. Has all the hookups and 11 miles to Capitol Reef. New owners took over in January. Can't say enough about them! They bend over backwards to make you comfortable and happy. The views are fantastic and the stars at night are all there! Will definitely be back there!

| Nice park

This is not your manicured RV park but it is a nice place. Spots seem a little close together at first but it's not so bad. Bathrooms are clean and look nice. The office could use some work but I understand these are relatively new owners. Owners are very nice. My only complaint was the low water pressure in the shower but maybe all the showers were in use? Fish Lake NF is close behind the property. Would stay there again.

| Nice base for national parks

Very pleasant park. Owners are helpful and have a lot of local knowledge to share. The view is amazing and there is a great hike from the campground.

| Really nice staff.

Paid for two night with plans to hike the National Park. Second day forecast was 1-2 feet of snow. Loaded up and moved on to avoid any chance of delays or buried in a snow drift. Lady was very kind and refunded the day prepaid. She was really helpful at check in. Park is nothing fancy but the showers and laundry was spotless. Well kept and maintained. Also noticed a sign that it was for sale.

| Nice park near Capital Reef

Small, full hook up park. Clean bathrooms but very small. Beautiful views. A good place to spend a night before going into Capital Reef's Fruita campground. Campground owners are very pleasan. Most reasonable RV park in the area.

Bathrooms were super clean as were the showers. Grounds were clean but no shade. Laundry was available for $5.00 per load washed and dryer. Owner was very nice.

We got in late and the owners made special arrangements to make getting set up seamless and easy. They were very nice! Facilities are clean and beautiful red rock formations in the area.

| Great Small Park - Easy Access to Capitol Reef NP

By user-unknown on 2019-08-09.

Stayed here for two nights in an RV spot while visiting Capitol Reef NP. This is a great, small, owner operated, owner occupied RV park. Harry and Leslie have done significant scouting to determine what is appreciated by most visitors to an RV park and are welcoming and helpful. Facilities are clean, and maintained so, even during rain and mud. Several restaurants are within walking distance, if one desires a respite from cooking. Location is quiet and serene.

Nice campground for a overnight stay. But was a little pricy. Had to pay extra for having kids. Cost us $60 to park for about 12 hours to sleep. Owner was very nice
