Don't and won't recommend this place. Looks nice and clean, but ...having some real concerns about integrity and honesty with the latest husband and wife manager team. Was rude when trying to ascertain the facts as to why they took money out of my deposit refund. Husband got on phone, told me to check my contract and then call them back, and hung up on me. Wont return my calls or emails now either. Not finding a comfortable level of professionalism with these two. They claimed the yard needed "trimming", not once but twice. I was there every month to pay my bill. Yard looked perfect each month. Was nothing to trim. I spoke to them monthly by phone letting them know my coach would still be in repair and even met and talked with them when I dropped off the check. Not once did any of them mention to me that the yard needed "trimming" or told me they had done any kind of yard "trimming" and there would be any type of deduction from my original deposit. Something does not appear to be on the up and up here. The Trees Mobile Home Park in Concord is a nice place to be. Should have gone there in the first place.
