Spot was level. Checkout at 11. 4th of July weekend packed with tents. It felt like a homeless village. The shower takes quarters. No frills. Not a lot of Class A. 200 spots and many full time residents that are not glad to see travelers. We were in a 38 ft pusher. Good enough for home base to see the area.
Staff was generally friendly. However they neglected to inform us that there had been problems with local kids coming onto the grounds at night and stealing things from campers. We had a cooler stolen from right at our door step. The woman at the front office said "oh no, that's the first one this year", then showed me on a map where to look for it. She said they stopped warning people because it's been a while since it's happened. Maybe be honest with your customers or provide some type of security. Also, pictures on website are nothing close to reality. Lock your stuff up if you plan on coming here.
FHU, dirt and some grass and trees. Picnic table and fire pit. Cable TV, WiFi not great. Staff very friendly. Good location for visiting Cape Cod and Boston. Nice and quiet. There is a pond for kayaking and canoeing. No frills but met our needs and was comfortable.
