Beautiful CG. $9 w/ senior access pass. 30A elec worked well. Good water pressure at our campsite 74. Very nice modern shower with hot water. Sites were well spaced apart with paved pads. Beautiful area with huge towering pine trees. The only issue we had was the water at our site was discolored, however we have three water filters so it wasn't a big deal. I'm sure the COE would not allow water to be used if it was not potable and we had no problems drinking it filtered. We would stay here again. We stayed her in a 31' 5w. Stayed 12/29/15

We spent three nights at Sandy Creek COE Park in our 40’ fifth wheel. We had a very long concrete pull-through site with plenty of room for our rig, our tow vehicle and our car. Our site had a lovely view of B. A. Steinhagen Lake. Although the site lacked a sewer hookup, the 2-rig dump station was nearby and not too difficult to access with our big rig. The campground is about 12 miles from Jasper, TX so you’ll want to do your grocery shopping before arriving. We are big fans of COE parks and we would rate this as the best we’ve visited. We would definitely return again.

We spent 11 days in site 21 with our 38 ft fifth wheel. We had a great experience all around. Will be booking again.
