Good reviews and looked like a nice park, but office closed all day Sunday so no restroom code, no wifi codes, no laundry tokens. There were only four slots left (April 16) so popular. Quiet, scenic and can walk to the local village. Lots of long term RVS but all in good condition. Only one set of restrooms and showers at the far end of the park.

Sites are clean, shaded, and nice but squeezed together. Forget satellite forget cable. Has cable boxes that are a bear to set up. We spent an hour on the phone with comcast and still never got service. The charge should reflect lack of cable in the park. We attached to cable but kept getting signal strength too low. We had a thee month old LCD TV which should have received well. That said , it is convenient to Columbia River Valley and has pull Throughs. and not too close to the train. TV was a problem for us 8/13 to 8/15/215

| Nice place, but bad wifi..

By user-5828533... on 2018-06-26.

Nice and clean place to stay. Close to the historic downtown, 20 mins to the beautiful waterfalls by 84E. $5-6 extra dollars if you like to stay by the river (we liked it :) keep in mind that the train passes by every couple/few hours - we didn't mind that at all). There's 2 downsides: 1 - very bad wifi on phones 2 - restriction on your RV's (year/looks)

| Could have been great.

Very nice setting on the river. Close to town however, we opted to stay upscale after two weeks on the road. Cable did not work. Internet did not work. Front office person didn't have a clue on how to head off any problems. Ruined our great expectations.

This campground is walking distance to town, right off highway 30 which takes you to all the waterfalls. You can hear the trains in the distance, not a problem for me. Pull though sites are satellite friendly, level, but you feel like you are living in a fish bowl. Good launching spot for seeing all the sites in the area.

Small RV camp. Check in was easy and friendly. Level concrete pads. Easy walk to town. Dog friendly. Wifi fast and easy setup, TV was local, for us no big deal. I liked this park. Clean and neat. Please note trains are all along Hwy 84. Also note we drive a 1988 Grand Villa Foretravel and had No problem with ck in.

We had a great site that backed up to the river. Everyone working at the office and staying in the park was very friendly. We had to extend our stay by a few weeks and they were happy to help us. We have stayed at a lot of different places during our four month trip and this park is the cleanest and best kept. They take pride in keeping this place immaculate and it shows. We had no problem getting satellite TV.

| Great location

Clean well organized park, price is higher than we like at $45/n with the Good Sam discount but it is a great location with laundry, good showers, level sites. Wifi did not work, but would probably stay again.

| Nice area, nice park

Portland area has limited “nice parks”. This is our fav so far. Troutdale is quaint, and all good shopping within a few miles. Didn’t like the very limited avail of monthly spots, and ended up paying daily rate for 3 weeks (no weekly rates). Still nice place, helpful staff, nice laundry and clean park. RV washing OK- yeah! Very strict on parking and extra vehicles.

| Great surprise

We stayed for exploring the George and Portland. Great location. We where pleasently surprised by the park. Easy to navigate, nice sites allthough a little close to your neighbour but you stay here to explore. Very friendly staff. Good wifi. No early noise from workers during our stay and the train is not a noisy one. We will be back.

| Nice spot, good locations.

It's a little tricky to get to, but worth effort. Very nice setting. Premium sites are priced as such. Monthly rentals too. Some permanent residents as well.

Very well maintained park right along the Sandy River. Right at the start of the Columbia River Gorge Highway. Convenient to all of the waterfalls in the area. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Great places to eat within walking distance.

| Great staff, great WiFi, great location

We stayed in a 42 ft Motorhome. We had sold our home in a nearby community and this park was perfect for us to go back and forth while we vacated and cleaned our home. We waited too long to make a reservation for one spot. Staff worked miracles to keep us here for almost a month. We moved several times to different sites and all were big enough for us and our Toad. Sites are close together; however we had plenty of room for slides. It is a quiet and well-maintained park. Occasional train activity. It is located close to the beautiful Sandy River and a local park. Downtown Troutdale is a nice little area with shops and restaurants within walking distsnce. We will be back. (Did notbuse facilities.) WiFi was the best we have ever experienced. We used OTA antenna and received local television stations. Great reception. Verizkn cell coverage was excellent.
