The campground is relatively spacious and very well maintained. Most sites come with a large concrete pad and picnic table. There is an attached wildlife sanctuary which allows the park to avoid charging taxes that are otherwise due in the area. 12% I believe. Overall it is a pristinely maintained campground with all the amenities including a full service cable and WiFi system. There is also an attached 27 hole golf course complete with driving range. I've stayed in all the parks in Lakeland and this is by far I nicest.
The two reviews prior to mine are correct. And we have really enjoyed staying in this park. However--the golf course is in terrible shape. In addition, the prices are going up next fall. Our particular site cost will be up 33%. There will be no adjustment for seasonal campers. Sorry to say we probably won't be back!
This is a very nice park in central Florida that has spent some time making improvements from our last stay. We use a 40' 5er and it is Easy access for big rigs. Roads and site are a bit narrow but no trouble getting in or out and space between sites are average for Florida parks. All amenities worked fine, wifi is excellent and the staff is super friendly.
