Decent amount of space for your campsite and all hookups. Rent isn't the cheapest but it's a more upscale place so you get what you pay for. No one bothers us here, it's really laid back. Fishing is affordable. They have a pool but it's not heated. Lots of playgrounds for the kids and a rec room. The river that runs through the campground is recycled water, not safe for humans or pets. The internet both wifi and cellular is horrible here, everyone complains about it.
This is a great get away!! Prices are good not my go to place in summer but spring, fall and winter definitely!!! Fishing, clean grounds, and we stayed by the lake
Wow! What a great campground. The facility is wrapped around seven lakes that make up the Santee Lakes. Spaces in the new section are some of the largest we've ever seen. Good amenities, including a pool, laundry, extensive walking trails and lake activities. This area in Santee is very quiet. Only two negatives... First, the WiFi is spotty... good in the off hours... horrible the rest of the time. Second, cellular service (at least for Verizon) is not very good. We ended up buying a cellular booster.
