Quiet , friendly, clean. Easy access off I-10.

Sites are good size for large RVs but roads are a little tight. Park is clean and well kept, lots of live oaks for shade. You can walk to a few local restaurants if you want. We don't use the bathrooms so can't speak about them but they appear to be well kept.

Great place to stay. The grounds are very clean. The people there, neighbors and management are great! I was there long term, while working for the plant down the road. Neighbors helped me learn the ins and outs of staying long term in an rv. The office personnel are professional and very polite. Rest rooms are clean at all times, and it is very quiet, which I loved.
