Was told it is $55 a night PLUS a $25 application fee (for one night or a month, didn't matter)! I asked what type of information was needed for the application and the lady was vague. I laughed, she hung up. LMAO
Firstly they have no phone to call and make a reservation they only take reservations by email. I sent an email asking to stay for a month and they sent an email back with an "application" which has to be submitted with a non-refundable $25 fee. You pay the full balance of your stay up front so I'm not sure why there's even an application and approval process. Seems to me they're just looking to collect an extra $25 per reservation. Again they want you to scan the form and email it back to them because there's no calling them on the phone. The wanted us to take pictures of our RV to be scanned and emailed as well. They also ONLY allow you to pay by check or money order they don't take any cash or credit cards which this day and age is not standard. It was such a hassle we made a 3 minute call to another RV Park in the area and made a reservation. From other reviews it looks like they require this process even for a one night stay which is ridiculous.
