Been coming here fot many years. We love it. On the negative side, you should make reservations. Some sites are tricky to get into. Postive things, great ocean views, or forested sites if you want to get out of the wind. Full hookups. Landry, clean restrooms and showers.

Gorgeous views, wonderful staff and a huge quiet beach. We had our 35 foot 5th wheel in the hilltop space and it was gorgeous. Just a few steps to the beach. Well maintained park

| Very Clean, Very Beautiful!

We stayed two nights in a truck camper, towing a Jeep Wrangler. Amazing location right on the ocean. Extremely clean grounds, restrooms, laundry. Friendly staff and great camp store. Agate beachcombing right from the beach access. Refreshing to find a private campground that was not junky and run down. If you want to whale watch in Depoe Bay, this is the place to stay. Depoe Bay is only 3 miles south. Our Google direction thingy got us turned around. When you come from the south, pass the campground on the left, take your 1st left where there is an RV turn around designed especially for u-turning to go to the campground. There is a small sigh on the road that directs you to this. We will definitely be back to Sand and Sea!

| Views to die for, great beach access.

This is an old park, with gravelled spaces, and sufficient amenities. Where we stayed on the front terrace there was no 50 amp, which is not a problem for our particular RV. The beach is phenomenal, the views are phenomenal, with whale watching and boat watching to your heart's content. The laundry facilities are good, although it's quite a hike from the front Terraces to get to them. Bathrooms are clean and in good order, and the office has a small selection of souvenirs and t-shirts. Make your reservations far in advance!

| Ocean Front Camping

This RV Park is ocean front, and we had an awesome front row seat to watch the ocean & storm. Park is well-maintained, managed, and clean. Beach is immediately accessible too. Downside is the sites are gravel and not particularly level; and it is really cramped (hence just 4 stars).

Great spot, quiet with good services. Beach front sites are more expensive but the view and quick beach access is worth it Cheaper sites are located near the entrance and farther away from the beach. Enjoyed our overnighter here and would stay again

Was our first visit. Beautiful place! Nice and clean RV Resort. Very well maintained and monitored by the staff. Really loved the beach. Went to Lincoln city to try some craft beers nice place has well. Same with Depoe Bay. We will be coming back.
