Beach front view

Had a great experience with sea perch. Large concrete slabs to accommodate large rigs and still room left over for additional vehicles. WiFi was strong. Individual key cards to get into restroom. Best part was the fact that the beach was a 30 second walk. Large grass play area and place to walk your dog. Would Definitely reccomend.

We found this resort online last September and made reservations right away. We spent 8 nights in Site #7 and loved every minute of it. Seeing and hearing the ocean every minute of everyday was the best experience ever. WiFi is spotty; cell phone reception is not available. But you just need to run into town and you get cell phone reception. Friendly and helpful staff meet you when you pull in that first night. They even hosted a Fourth of July picnic.

Great park and wonderful people! Sites are paved, easy to use utilities, wonderful clubhouse and direct access to the beach. I will return!

You pay for the view. This is a very nice park and my wife loves the beach so she really enjoyed it. Sites are a little close together. We were in a TT and next to us was a MH. We backed in, they went straight in therefore their slides were within @ three feet of us. Fair wifi, no cell service and cable is all analog therefore grainy. Might stay here again.

An OK RV park IF you don't need a cell phone and IF you are not stuck in space #27 and IF you don't have to deal with the "manager," Tony. I recently completed 4 nights in July 2017 and had another 3 nights scheduled in August, 2017. I work full time and rely heavily on new clients being able to call me on my cell phone so I always need parks that have good cell service. There was nothing on the Sea Perch website that talked about poor cell service so I thought "OK." When I arrived, I was given a brochure that disclosed Sea Perch had lousy cell service but I could use a phone in the clubhouse to make outgoing calls. Not good for me because my business is dependent upon incoming calls but I had already paid for the four nights ($320). I thought I could manage. Then we were put in space 27. At the front of the space near the picnic table was the refuse dump for all of the park's discarded vegetation. That is what I got to look at while sitting at the table and looking out the front window of the motor home. When I checked out, I voiced my complaints to the clerk "Susan" and said I was cancelling the visit in August. She said "You will need to talk to the "manager" Barbara but she was not there. I told Susan the complaints. She said she would relay them to Barbara. After getting my canned email the next day about the penalty for canceling, I tried several times to call Barbara. I never left a number or name but later in the day I got a call from "Sea Perch" and it was a guy named Tony who said he was the "manager.". He was gruff and I asked him if he knew why I had called. He said he knew. I told him I was disappointed about the failure to disclose the poor cell phone service and, at first, he denied any written documents that addressed poor cell phone service and he tried to cut off the conversation. I insisted that he look at the white brochure, which he did, and then he admitted that the disclosure was there (you get the brochure only after you pay your fees). Then he told me that I should have been astute enough to ask about cell phone service if it were that important. I said I could tell the conversation was going nowhere and he replied, "Yep, this conversation is going nowhere." Anyone with any brains knows the marketing reason they do not disclose it in the website - less business. I then asked him what was piled at the front of space #27. He admitted that it was the vegetation rubbish which had been there for months. Then he said "I apologize for that but you are still not getting your penalty refunded." The conversation ended. Maybe this bad experience will help someone out there avoid similar unhappiness with RVing on the coast at Sea Perch.

Worth the Price

IF YOU WANT A WATER FRONT SITE YOU NEED TO BOOK AT LEAST A YEAR IN ADVANCE. This park is expensive but the ocean view sites are worth the price. The other sites have limited views. Sites are 50 amp FHU, with cable. Wifi signal is strong but speeds and bandwidth is limited. Very satellite friendly. No cell service but VOIP (internet calling) works well. Sites are large, concrete and accessible is reasonable. Laundry has two washers and dryers which use credit cards. Didn't use the showers. Staff was very helpful and assisted in helping in obtaining one of the few waterfront site available for next year.

Yes, it's pricey for a waterfront spot but you get a spectacular view from said waterfront spot. The bathrooms are amazing. Seriously, you've ruined all other rv park bathrooms as yours are so wonderful. Onsite laundry, game room and lounge to chill in and watch the ocean. Fantastic beach to wander on and let the dogs explore. Our favourite spot on the Oregon Coast. Only complaint is the WiFi or lack of WiFi service. Given there's no cell service available here, one would expect better WiFi. Especially because some of us still need to work while on the road and want/need to be able to work from inside our coach and not in the Clubhouse. For the amount charged to stay here, which I hear is increasing, I would hope the owners of the park will consider investing more money into their WiFi service for their customers. Other than that perfect rv park!
