Reviews for Sea Rim State Park

| Nice spot but WAY too many mosquitoes

This was a nice spot to camp, other than the fact that swarms of hungry Mosquitos come out just after sunset. If you have a camper with AC, don't bother coming to this park... there are no ways to leave your windows open for a breeze without hundreds of Mosquitos coming in your camper! :( we couldn't even stay one night - ended up hitching the camper and leaving a few hours after the Mosquitos came out.

Nice park. Small, very quiet. Level, spacious sites. Only 15 rv sites. Beach camping also. Pit toilets, power, water, dump station. Right on the beach. Bring mosquito repellant!

| NO Verizon Service, but public WiFi

WiFi works very well intermittently.

Level paved sites with grass in-between. We came here from Michigan to walk the beach New Year's Eve. It was everything we had hoped for. The beach is remarkably clean, small, quiet, friendly people. Park right on the beach if you want (hard pack sand when damp). New Year's day after a guide lead first walk they fed us all with cabbage blackeyed peas corn bread and brownies. However... No wifi, Verizon very poor, pit toilets( though very clean), no showers, and ah yes .. the mosquitoes You would think not that many could get in your rig by simply opening the door... But you would be wrong. So bring some OFF, plan to be off the grid, take a tub bath and walk an amazing beach.

| Parking lot type but beach is over boardwalk

Camping spots are level, paved and mostly pull thru. Small campground and it s inexpensive to camp on the beach if you are willing. Some mosquitoes but overall, we had a good stay.
