Perhaps one of the nicest places we've stayed. Super clean, nice facilities, huge sites. We stayed pre-season so can't really judge the child factor. Would definitely be 5 stars if they had sewer. Choose your route carefully when coming up fro I-95. Consider taking the exit at Cow Hill Rd and turn right on Gold Star Highway. The intersection is controlled by a light.
Maybe U don't care if there is a dog park. The park is clean. Sites are gravel but level. Wash house and laundry are clean. Sites are back to front to back to front. Only one dumpster at the front of the park. Long way to walk if you're in the back of the park. If U have children, the swimming pool looks nice. Over priced since there is no sewer. But if u stay for 3 or more days they will pump U for free. Close to I-95.
We paid $58 for a site next to where they cleaned the honey wagon. We couldn't eat dinner outside sure to the spray from the pressure washer. The office became angry when we tried to explain our concerns.
We stayed in September 2015 - park is clean with lots of ammenities. Our site did not have sewer but they offer honey wagon service for free if you pre schedule. Price was $42 per night and staff is very helful. Be sure to visit Mystic Pizza in Mystic. Beautiful area.
Clean CG with easy driving to visit Mystic. Extremely long 50 amp pull-thru site. Easily leveled. Pull-thru sites park alternating directions, so share the same side for hook-ups (not the same hook-up). This side is fairly close, but has room for slides. However, the picnic side of the RVs are quite spacious. No shade on our site, but some sites have shade. Clean bathrooms. Lots of fun things for kids to do. Excellent WiFi and good cable. No sewer, but free pump out wagon every 3 days. Friendly, easy check in. We would stay here again.
Nice location with very well maintained sites! Clean, with all services we require at a price that is reasonable! Will be back when we visit the area again!
Clean, crisp-looking upscale park. Sites are level gravel, back-to-back. Good water and electricity but no sewer. Sole dumpster area is at exit - a long way if you're not driving out that day. Nice pool and bathhouse facilities. Cable was worse than antenna reception.
Continuation of my previous review. (1) have your own internet. Park's WiFi is unreliable; you can connect to their WiFi just fine, but their router loses connection to the internet repeatedly. (2) Park's cable is via DISH, so while TV reception is great for most channels, they lose the networks because Dish doesn't support the local stations that provide broadcast network access.
This was our maiden run in our new RV. We wanted something close to home 1.5 hrs away, to get to know The ins and outs of our unit. We knew we picked a winner as soon as we drove in. We met so many really nice people Just by walking our maltese Stella. We found out very fast that camping is an experience we both enjoy. My husband and I just spent the weekend at Seaport RV Resort and found it to be a really nice campground. I found them on t.v. parky and when I called about a reservation and for directions the young woman I spoke to was very upbeat and helpful. The park is very beautiful and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this park to anyone. It was a little quiet but it was after the season so not a lot of people around. Fine for us as we are seniors and wait until after Labor Day to do some traveling.
Lovely campground- well maintained; generous size sites and friendly staff. Good choice. No sewer hook ups but there is a dump station. There is water & electricity hook up. Would happily stay again.
Close to Mystic. Nice campground with level sites, nice amenities--pool, laundry, Lovely walks along the lake.
