Reviews for Sentinel Peak RV Park

Stayed for one night. Didn t realize it was in city. Very small park, we were lucky to get a pull through which fit our 36 foot MH with tow car and dolly. It was really tight getting out. Staff super friendly and park was close to lots of restaurants. We ordered in from an Italian restaurant recommended by the staff. Would not stay again because it s so tight. There is a nice park across the street to walk dogs.

| "No refund" policy

We reserved a fully-paid ($565) space here in JUNE for a month's stay in FEB, which is the height of the VERY popular Gems & Minerals shows. We were forced to cancel in Jan due to the sale of our house which was delayed into Feb instead of Dec as expected. Sentinel Peak would neither refund us one penny, nor offer a stay at a future time, nor even a reduced rate at a future time. We were very disappointed with this policy and will never choose to stay there again. Our bad for fully paying up front 7 mos in advance in good faith. Lesson learned!

We used our Passport America card to get 1/2 price on the nightly rates. This place was ok for the 2 nights at the rate we got it but would not stay longer. Pros: Quiet, clean, clean restrooms, close to transit and stores Cons: Very SLOW internet when and if it even works, no showers, no hot water in bathroom.

It is however gated and secure and has a minuscule pool.

It is secure, gated and quiet. It has a large game room with a place for family gatherings and a large screen tv. Spaces are good size. Only a 3 year old park. Laundry room and restrooms. No showers. Honored a weekly rate and 2 extra days at Passport America rate.

| Clean, secure, urban setting park

Visiting family in Tucson so needed a close-by park. Basically a gated, fenced, paved lot with back-ins around perimeter and a couple pull-thrus in the middle. Very clean, some small trees at perimeter. Small swimming pool, nice ""club house"/game room. NO showers on site. Working on small dog park - large municipal park with much green space practically across street. Close to transit. Would certainly use again.

The only good thing about this park is it's location near to downtown. It was nothing more than a glorified parking lot converted for RV use. No showers but clean washrooms. Small site closely packed together. Probably won't stay here again but is okay for an overnight stop if you want to be almost in the downtown core
