Stayed 4 nights in a motorhome. Had no trouble maneuvering. Staff were super friendly. There's a great swimming hole that we loved. Wifi was only good close to reception though.

Great campground

We stayed four nights. Very convenient to Sequoia National Park and to town. Our site was a back in on the river. It had a concrete pad and full hook ups. The sites are a little tight, but it wasn't a problem for us. Nice places to walk our dogs. Would definitely stay here again. We camped in a motorhome with a toad.

Over priced ghetto

Arrived about 4. Office was closed. Found our late check in info. Found our spot. Mexican music blaring from second lot down...#39. We quickly setup and headed to Sequoia Natl Park. When we returned country music was blaring. No grass, fires roaring even tho CA is burning. Lots of kids. We left as soon as we woke up. Pull thru site was $54. Should have been $20 or less...LA ghetto.

Very Over Priced

This place is very over priced for what you get. There are only a handful of 50 amp sites. This place is not exactly big rig friendly. Maneuvering requires well experienced drivers, especially if you have a toad or a dolly. Numerous sites do not have sewer. There is a dump station or they will come to your site but you have to pay $8 dollars even if you just dump the grey tank. The honey pot they use is not large enough if you have a big rig and are full (black or grey). It took two trips to empty my grey. This place is more geared towards pull trailers or renters. It's time to grade the sites and make them more level.
The staff were friendly. The WiFi is very slow and you get dropped often - even though they have three access points. If you have Verizon, you will get ZERO service.

Loved this park! Just about the prettiest place I've ever stayed in the RV.
No laundry, or cell service (Verizon), and the free wifi was typically slow in the evenings.
The staff was super nice. The kids loved the swimming hole. I didn't see a bad space in the park. Full hook ups, right by the river. It doesn't get better than that!

Nice park, beautiful setting, good spacing between site, great spots if you get a waterfront. No cell service, but the best WiFi we have ever gotten in a park.

This park is quaint and quiet and lots of old growth shade trees. We had a river front site with a lovely view and easy access to the swimming hole. The kids loved it! We had no cell service (that was a good thing). the campground wifi was nearly impossible to access. That and the sites being a little on the small side are the only thing keeping this from 5 stars. The family that runs the office is really sweet!

This was our first trip in our first travel trailer. We only stayed one night, but it was a very clean and scenic spot. Full hookups and wifi. Nice, quiet neighbors. Very friendly staff. $49 for a 30 amp pull thru site in the middle row. We will come back in the spring/summer to enjoy the swimming hole that looked so inviting!

Lots of potential...couple snafus

First, I must say the park is beautiful, shady, the swimming hole is quaint and the water is crystal clear. The kids loved it! Bring tubes and goggles! Proximity to Sequoia NP is also great. Way less crowded than the sites we had in Grand Canyon and other popular areas.
Most of my “buts” stem from I think the office hours...there was an issue with my site being reserved online before I could let them know we were staying another night. (They had said let them know). But the office was closed at 5. I stopped in at the office first thing the next morning-not open. I called and left a message. We headed up to the Park and got a call a short while later that we needed to move our trailer because someone wanted the site. I’ll take half the blame on that one. They were nice about it and even offered to move our trailer for us.
Our neighbors happened to be packing up as well when we got back. She explained that she had been moved every two nights. Not sure what that’s about. ♀️
The other office hour issue is there are no coin machines in the showers or laundry. So if you don’t get quarters before they close you’re SOL.
There are permanent trailer residents in a separate area. Not a big deal at all. But that’s where the 3 washers are. I never managed to get in to do my laundry because it was always in use.

Overpriced

Restrooms in camp area not enough and you pay extra for the shower (even cold water) gravel, too expensive for what you get. Would not recommend
