I stayed here three times while staying in Florida during the winter '17. The park is nice, rates are very good, the park workers and the people staying here are all very nice. Downside: the park owner, aka grumpy old man, micro manages the park and all the visitors. No one here likes him. He lectures the tenants like they are children. He followed me in his truck while I was walking, half way through the park, to make sure I crushed my water jugs. Very annoying. The only reason I stay here is for the affordable spaces. The grumpy old man needs to stop counting his nickels and start being nice to the people that give him his lively hood!
My husband and I stayed here the month of January, 2016. We have a 40 Holiday Rambler, diesel pusher, 4 slides. Roads in are paved, sites mostly gravel. No pull throughs, poor wifi unless close to office area. Two or three laundry areas. Pick up and leave mail at office. About 60/40 on tts, 5th wheels and MH. Clean, well maintained, strict policy of 5mph. One of the friendliest places we've stayed, seemed to always be something going on in the main building throughtout the day from band practice to choir singing. Would definitely stay there again.
