Not friendly lady was biased as to what I don't know! It was clear she said she didn't want school age children but we saw some there. We're very clean neat people. I'm white an my husband is Hispanic an works on the pipeline. She was not nice at all!

I don't usually write reviews but the only other review on here is very misleading. First off the staff here has been nothing but friendly and helpful. The price is the lowest around. Even the other residents have been friendly, I had one couple bring me a fresh plate of spaghetti right after i got home from work. When they say they can't get you in its because they truly don't have an open spot. Again don't let the price or the other review fool you. It's a great place to stay.
This is a grungy trailer park with mostly run down permanent residences crowded together right beside the highway. We stopped after a long day needing WiFi, which RVParky said they had...they did not! Stayed the night and left at the crack of dawn.
Traveling during 4th of July we were lucky to get a spot. Quiet park mostly permanent residents.
