People were very nice and friendly- the place has a lot of potential, very shady area but it certainly needs some TLC Weedy and over grown around utility hookups - very poor lighting if arriving after dark, several places difficult to back into

Great bunch of people running this park. Friendly and helpful. 30 for 1night. Cable,water,sewer, electric, fast wifi. I bookmarked this place we will enjoy coming back. Not far from i81 and open yr round.

Stayed here for just one night, I got a pull through site and the water did not work, I connected the TV box but it didn't work either there were not even batteries in the remote, it is not the easiest place to get in and around either.
