Reserved a site for monthly stay. Early morning 10/16 received a call to immediately evacuate due to flooding. We moved our class a to higher ground and was told by the sheriffs dept to leave the location due to more rain expected. Requested from the owner, D, if he would refund our $575.00 less one nights rent and he stated the flood was an act of God and he was not liable. So he kept all of our money for an 18 hr stay. There are many other parks in the area and I would definitely choose one of those over this park.
