Unlike many 3 season cottage communities, the cottages at Shamrock Bay Resort are not timeshare cottages. They are yours - fully owned and waiting for you to enjoy to the fullest. Soak in the sunlight by the glistening water, as it gently laps the shore from the wake of boat leaving the onsite marina. Or breathe deep and enjoy the fresh air while the kids explore the meandering trails during an afternoon walk. This is real quality time. We have 286 full ownership cottages and a 113 slip marina, direct access to the the Trent Severn Waterway, heated salt water pool, Laundry Facilities, 30/50 amp services. We cater to residents of all ages!
