First time here. Lovely setting near Virginia's Skyline Drive and convenient to I-64 and I-81. Great swimming lake for kids and families, snack bar, small game arcade and other amenities. No wifi, no tv, otherwise a 5 star camping experience. We drive a small motor home (24 ft) and took advantage of a weekday special. Great large private site, fire ring and 2 picnic tables, a golf cart and 3 bundles of firewood for $199. My husband spent the day fishing at a stocked trout pond. My dog and I enjoyed perfect weather at our great site. Few bugs until near dusk. Recommend for families, getaways.

We enjoyed our week long stay at Shenandoah Acres! The owners are awesome, and very welcoming! It's an older park, with new owners who are clearly working very hard to make this campground the ultimate family camping experience! Facilities were clean, activities were fun, and customer service was top notch! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this campground!

We love this campground, New owners reopened this campground about 18 months ago and are continuously making improvements and added to it. The staff are very nice and helpful. Beautiful setting with all the amenities you would need. I will definitely recommend this campground and will return frequently!

We broke down outside of town and had to be towed to a service station for truck repairs. We also had to have our travel trailer towed to the park. They staff was awesome and even had some gentlemen present to help the tow truck driver park our rig. Will definantly stay again when in the area.

Very nice campground with friendly staff and owners. Staff will escort you to your site and help you get backed in. Buffet dinner on Friday evening was excellent and very convenient as we arrived on Friday evening. On site restaurant is outstanding and their buffet lunch on Sunday offers quite the variety. Lots of activities going on all year it appears. My family and I will be back for sure!

I would've given it a 5, because it's a very nice campground run by nice people. However, we were just overnighting and the campground is about 10 miles off the interstate, accessed by tight country roads (and a detour through a residential neighborhood), but we made it in and out. Also there's no cable and no wi-fi. The numerous trees (a good thing) precluded our satellite from working (although I noticed others had them), so we settled for the news on one of 2 OTA stations we got and a DVD. Also discounts only for Military - no Good Sam etc.. So to me our overnight price of $50 was a bit steep.

| Golf cart park

stayed here for a week first of September. Staff helpful and friendly. But most of the campers here Do nothing more than cruise around on golf carts around and around the park. Thought it was because of labor day, but it continue the week afterwards. Park was not for us or our cat.
