The owner is awful
Hook ups under large shade trees right on the water. Great place. 30 amp hook up was $35.00 a night. Owner was great to get along with.
Never again. The drive way down was scarry. Only one direction in and out so if you miss it, which you will cuz no lights on sign, you have to drive 5 miles on very rough road to turn around. The drive way us very narrow and sterp. Not good at all when towing a boat. The spots are short and small. No signs insude directi g you to the correct lot. If you miss that 2nd turn youre done for and xant get your rig in.
Pros... absolutely lovely spot with lots of shade on the banks of the river. Could stare at the view all day. Lovely to watch the boats and Canadian geese and birds. Store available with drinks and ice cream and snacks. Cons. Steep driveway if you are on the lower level - this level has the best views. Scraped our bumper on the way down. Pictures of driveway to lower level above. We had no problem when we left. We have a 37ft. fifth wheel. We were shown the sites we could choose from before parking. Restrooms are not great but clean enough. 30 amp only. No sewer to the lower level sites at least, but there is a dump station. Considering the other parks we have been to in this area, this is a real gem we were advised to use the WAZE app for directions. Missed the first entry but just went down the road a little to turn around.
