Beautiful park next to the Hudson.Super clean,very woodsy sites.Pavillion areas available for reservation.Nice playground,boat launch.A definite stop next year.

Charming woodsy setting with an easy walk to the Hudson. campfire, trails... .
Campsites are not on the water, but you can walk to the water. Great views of the bridge. Perfect place for unique photos. Campsites are large with wooded areas between. Makes you feel a bit more secluded. Bathrooms are modern. Clean. Showers were pretty cold, though. Fire pits. Picnic tables. If you call a number posted on the bathroom door, they deliver firewood to your site. $5.00 for a HUGE bundle. Sites were pretty level.
Found another nice spot for those of you on the east coast. Large pull through sites, 50 amp electric and new bath houses. No water or sewer but bike trails, nature preserve and easy access to Albany/787.
Stayed here Monday night. Great little location, clean, quiet, friendly. Unique location given it's proximity to the Highway. Most sites are in the trees.
Sites are nice and secluded by giant trees and lush foliage. We lived it here and made sure it was on our way back home. We hope to return and walk the nature trails with all of the little bunnies!
