Nice park, fuel, propane, store. Very nice fishy hole. Sites are concrete strips with gravel in-between and surrounded by gravel. I would have given the park 5 stars except for all the rock/gravel & limited pet areas.

| Internet was unusable. We were near the back. Nice shower and clean park. Weird driving arrows on the pavement causes confusion.

Stayed for 3 months during the winter. Gas and store avaliable. Play ground and pool are nice. Little hair salon if you can contact the stylist. Satellite is good. Management is so so. Would only clear the snow in certain locations in the park. The rest of us had to deal with frozen ice on the roads which was difficult walking to dump trash. Laundry room clean. Gravel and concrete slabs. Dogs are not allowed on any grass area. ???? Dog areas are dirt and muddy during snow melt. Fishing hole and beautiful views of the mountains. Quiet.

| Nice park. Good location.

We stayed here for two months, September and October. Good location near large shopping areas in Carson City. Convenient for trips to visit Tahoe, the state capital, the Sierra Nevadas, and the charming local communities of Minden, Genoa and Gardenerville. Park is well kept with large jacuzzi and heated pool. Gravel and cement parking spaces. Lots of golf nearby.

Good sized lots. Easy to get around. Some of the most helpful and friendly maintenance people we've met.

| Over Rated park.

We registered for our "Pull Thru" and the clerk said i need to detach the car before he can lead me there. ?? When I got to the site I saw why. The interior road was about 8' wide and large motorhomes and trailers made it quite tight for my 40' rig. Then I pulled the coach into the space. I had a foot clearance in the front and 18" clearance in the rear. Not what every other campground has called a pull thru, technically it is, but the main purpose for a pull thru "to me" is so I don't need to unhook the car when staying one night while in transit. The dog park is worse than a joke, two small dirt cages. The few small grass patches we found had many no pet signs posted. Thankfully the sites were large enough to park the car next to the coach. I would not stay here again. I reread the other reviews and no one mentioned the substandard pull thru's. I guess if you have a 20' trailer and short car then it would be great.

| Ok for a quick night stop.
