| This is not a resort
This is a paved parking lot with mostly long term tenants located in the middle of the city. The sites are not level and are only about 30 feet long. We stayed there because nothing else was available for the holiday weekend but don't recommend it.

We had just cross Donner Pass and wanted a quick stop for the night. Even though we arrived after the office had closed, about 8 p.m. Arrival, Susan who manages it was very helpful and gave us a site. We couldn't use the restrooms because we didn't have the code, same with the Wi-Fi and it was too late to get that from the office. We are self-contained so the electrical Water Hookup was all we needed. with Good Sam that was just over $33.
