Well maintained. Clean. A few older campers of folks who stay year round, but all in all, not a bad place. Reasonable rates, good views and just a short ride to Laughlin, NV where they take your money...lol

We stayed here 4-nights using our Passport America discount. Premium sight pull through was $20.00 with discount. Nice park high on a hill with beautiful views of Laughlin. Good place to stay if you plan on going to the Oatman ghost town. Also worth seeing.

We stayed for 2 weeks with our GS Coast to Coast membership. Nice park, friendly management and a good deli. Nice views of the area since the park is somewhat elevated. As is true of any park in the area it can be very windy. We will stay there again.

Entering the Park from the Deli/Store Park entrance is confusing, as the office is at the far opposite end of the park with poor signage leading you there. I was given a back/in FHU spot overlooking Laughlin, NV, across the Colorado River. Beautiful views from this premium gravel site of the river and casino's. The sites are close together, but were easy to get my 42' 5th wheel in. The laundry and bathrooms are dated, but very clean & adequate. There is cable TV, but I elected to use my dish; the wi-fi was non existent. You can pay a separate price for wi-fi, but I used a hot spot. The deli in the park sells sandwiches and other food supplies you use every day. I would give it a 5, if it had free wi-fi and some green grass to look at.
