Our site was small and tight to get into, but it was clean and fairly level. The campground is a short drive or a long walk to downtown Silverton. Laundry facilities were clean and in good shape. The staff was pleasant and helpful. A bit pricey at $50/night.
Friendly staff, over priced 55.00 a night, sites short and tight
Never been to Silverton before. Worth the stop. Main Street has the tourist shops and the adjacent street is dirt like the old west lined with bars and restaurants with an old west boardwalk. Pretty cool town. Drove into the rv park and a moose and her baby were drinking in the pond. Great video. Friendly staff. Got to the site and had plenty of room next to large motor homes. Site was flat and room for my truck in the spot as well. Easy in and out. Grass area behind the camp spot was nice as well. Took a trip to telluride and rode the free gondolas. Awesome town and amazing views.
