Lots of things for kids to do. Beautiful setting. Quiet setting (no train or plane noise). If we lived closer we would return again and again.

| Park well taken care of

A ways from town but well worth it. One of the quietest park we've ever been in. Easy to maneuver our 34' fifth wheel into our "super" spot. All utilities good including wifi. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Campground has a nice lake with water activities including a trampoline, pedal boats, kayaks, and canoes. Mini golf course is super nice. The pool and bounce pillow are popular with the kids. Wooded sites are nicely shaded.

Read reviews, before coming here. I was very surprised to arrive and find a park that is really an RV camp with a few sites for transit RVers but mostly perms and park models. Park was quiet and staff were friendly. Cable was so bad couldn't watch . I ask staff twice to have someone check the cable and they said they would but never did. Lots of dust from dirt roads with golf carts racing past all day. Not a great experience , don't believe I would return again.

I agree with all previous reviews. It's also very close to C'ville and wineries.

We enjoyed this campground. Loved the idea that you could stay as long as you wanted using Pass Port America..

We were here in early spring so it wasn't really crowded. Facilities and staff are nice. We stayed in a "super spot;" these are well shaded but you have to align just right between the tall trees to be able to open slides and awnings. Plenty of space for us and our dogs in the spot. Lots of open space to play and explore and nice walking trails. We will be back.

| Nice Campground

Stayed two nights. Have RV. Site was in Black section. No level sites. Dirt not gravel. Bathrooms were clean but two of the four women's toilets didn't work. Showers were clean but not very private. Nice small lake and path to walk. Would probably stay again but in a different section. Convenient to Monticello and Ash Lawn. 1/2 hr.

| Great family campground

Bath houses were clean, toilet paper and hand soap were available. The lake, pool, mini golf and bouncy pillow were cloud pleaders for my group of 4 girls ages 10-15. The staff was phenomenal and the campers were sociable and neighborly. We will be going back.

| Not the best

Not the best for RVers on the road I reserved a specific site that was high ground - someone arrives before me and they just took my site them Office wouldn't move that person off the site Large thunderstorm next day all the water rush down the hill to my new site NOT happy a lot of noise

| Worst site possible

By user-6345194... on 2019-08-09.

Looks like it could be a nice park, but was very disappointed. I was give the worst site possible I feel like. No way to get level, no fire ring or table. Trees on both sides made it hard fore to get my 25ft class C backed in. And that was all the room there was. I think it was a site added between two others. I was made to feel they were fitting me in, so when there was no one around me and could get hold of the staff I figured there were people coming in and tried to make the best of it. Next day was exploring and came home to fridge not working from angle so I just pulled out into the road and camped there since there was still no one around. Why that had to squeeze me into a crappy site is beyond me.
