We've been staying at alot of KOA's on our cross country trip, but we needed a place where KOA and Good Sam do not have a place. Did some searching and found this gem.....Mel was an awesome host. He met us as we drove up, made sure we got hooked up properly, provided a garbage can and a welcome mat as well as a half dozen eggs for breakfast. No cable hook up and antenna options were limited but best WIFI we've had in a while. I highly recommend Small Towne RV.

Not a great facility. It is in a very run down area and is very noisy from trains, the highway, and barking dogs. However, it was very inexpensive for full hookups, has great WiFi and the owner was very friendly.

This is a clean, friendly, secure RV park. This is NOT a resort. It is close to 94 but not close enough to hear the traffic all night the owner greeted us with a mat and private garbage can. 50 amp with water and sewer at the sites. You can ask for nothing more when looking for a place to park your rig with pull-thru sites allowing you to keep you dinky hooked up. New picnic tables, excellent WiFi for route planning and surfing. The owner proved us with a book on all of the local maps, directions to all necessities, along with drink coupons. All this for $25.00!

Small little campground with the biggest welcome we have ever received. Jeri Lee is all ready with brochures of local interest and restaurants. Mel greats you with a welcome mat for your steps, a potted plant decorates your picnic table. And your own price garbage can. There was plenty of room for our 60+ ft You're one of the family from the moment you arrive. Nothing fancy just nice and comfortable 7/6/2014

Just off the interstate. Very friendly and accommodating owner. Inexpensive, safe and electric / water / wi fi is great. I have paid a lot more for a lot less. Very much recommend A+ in my opinion.

My husband and I work nationwide and stop at many RV PARKS in the US. We have stayed here for about a month with another one at least to go . The owner is a very nice man who is Very accommodating. The park is small and very quiet . We have been very happy staying here , also knowing our rig is safe when we are away .thumbs up .

As stated in previous reviews. Mel was a most accommodating host. Welcome us with a half dozen country fresh eggs, a notebook full of local info with permission to keep any brochures that we wanted and most importantly for my husband, suggestions on local bird hunting areas. Full hookups with grassy sites and TREES! He maintains a large 5th wheel camper on site to provide showers and rest rooms for tent campers which he readily offered to "fire up" for our use. We elected, instead, to use our camper shower so I can't speak for condition of his facilities but based on what we did see, I would recommend this park to anyone needing an overnight stop or longer. If we have occasion to return, we will.

We considered staying here, but kept on going after driving down a gravel lane through a run down neighborhood.

Friendly... With basic hookups. No showers or amenities. Water stopped working during the night - a main reason we stopped. Not a place we'd return

We pulled in at 10:30 PM, late due to mechanical problems and expected everyone to be in bed. To my surprise, we were met by Mel, guided to our pull thru site. Mel is a great host, he assisted us with hooking up, provided us a garbage can and a welcome mat and his wife gave us a 1/2 doz eggs for breakfast. The next morning, I had a copy of the local paper sitting on my step. There s no cable hookup, but the WiFi is good The site is rustic, but very clean and and level. I m tagging is as a favorite and will stay here again I come back this way I highly recommend Small Towne RV.

At first glance you'd think this quaint little Park as seen better days but its host, Mel, more than makes up for any cosmetic aesthetics. Basic but more than adequate for an overnight stay. Good sized pull thrus with full hook ups and Mel sets out a door mat and personal trash can for your site. In the morning, the local paper was on our step. While its close to the tracks and highway, noise was not an issue.
