They gave me a month to move out if I didn't paint thier shed and pull weeds in my space. I've been staying in rv parks for 30 years and never have I heard such things. Taking care of the park should be taken care of by the park. It's not my place to paint anything. I'm in an rv, no painting supplies or anything. Somebody around here is smoking Crack apparently. Don't stay here , starve these idiots out of business.
Smokey Point RV Park is a great family park. Especially in the Spring & Summer months when everyone is outside! Nice clean community, spotless bathrooms and showers that I actually felt clean in. They are welcoming and easy to work with. We definitely recommend!
I have a family of 6 and we have been here for months and absolutely love it! Our space is a back in. It is a roomy space with plenty of privacy. Good neighbors and clean showers. No big dogs, but who RVs with a big dog anyway.
I'm not sure who the people who left the previous reviews dealt with but we are nothing but impressed with this park! VERY clean bathrooms, great showers and really clean lots. Great people and very reasonable prices for what you get. Wow is all I can say, we will for sure be back.
Close to everything, there's so much to do! Clean park with a office team that is just great. We've been here for a couple months and are sad to be leaving tomorrow but cant wait to come back!
They don't allow motorcycles in their park; probably barking dogs though.
