Smoky Bear Campground

| Clean, tight, and tidy.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this campground. It may be small, but the amenities are carefully maintained. Restrooms are spotless. Pool is crystal clear. The sites are swept clear. Fire pits are cleared. Landscaping is immaculate. Groceries 7-12 miles away. Serious no-seeum infestation Labor Day weekend. Tram doesn't reach this far. Live music and social events Saturday night, so bring pot-luck appetizers. There is no way to express how important it is to avoid taking your rig through Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Traffic is bad, and drivers are not paying attention.

We camped there for 3 days. Very very nice and friendly staff and owners. Accommodated our every wish without any hesitation.Very well kept and clean.Will certainly camp there again.
