Pride in Ownership is obvious. Marysvale is where you go for fabulous off-road adventures (famous Paiute Trail), visiting Bryce Canyon, and Capital Reef National Park. The sites are gravel, level, long and wide providing plenty of room for toy haulers and toads. About 80 sites. No shade, but the temps are comfortable enough that it wasn't an issue. Beautiful views. multiple very nice campfire and grilling areas with pergolas, tables and seating. Picnic tables at each site. 2 beautiful brand new cabins (for adults only, no pets). Good wi-fi. Clean laundry (5 washers and 5 dryers - $1.50 load ea.) Coin-op showers. Small store on site. Some supplies and eateries in town. Major groceries, etc less than 1 hr away in Richfield. Owners, Jim and Terry live on site and were extremely helpful with ATV trail info. Nice folks who want a great park. They offer a cash discount. Only down side - no where to run your dogs. Plenty of room for on-leash walking. They have some breed specific rules. (they are not dog-unfriendly) Will definitely stay here again.

Well maintained and much better than a park down the road. Owners live and work here and are very friendly and helpful. Good spaces that are roomy enough and level. Good wifi and utilities. We would stay here again.

If you own an ATV or want to rent one from a near by business owner this is the place to go with your BIG RV and "toys". The owners take a whole lot of pride in their park, are very hard working and available 24/7 if you need them - please be reasonable they need sleep too. The sites are HUGE, and trails are the best we've ever explored. The owners do allow dogs, but again be both responsible/reasonable and clean up after your dogs do their "business". If you don't there is every possibility you'll be asked/told to leave. The owners installed a fenced in doggy area which our dogs just loved. This park is very well maintained and you won't be sorry if you book a space...in fact, you'll probably want to stay longer after you stay a night or two.

75 pull-through sites 61' long and 34' wide , we didn't need to disconnect the utility trailer and could go on the trails from our campsite. Friendly campers.
