What's with people? Some just need to boondocks so they can stay away from good folks. Lady in the office is very nice...ready to fix you up in a moments notice. Gentleman driving the private shuttle is jthe same. $46 a night. NO, it's not a retreat!!! No one has said it was. It is quiet, considering it is right beside the hiway. I'll be going back...

Older park but right in the middle of everything. It's gated, wifi, lots of sites, laundry next to office. Nice place. Paved sites.
Very nice couple running campground, Close to medical centers and shopping.will came back ,we are in 36 foot MH
Very clean and will be getting better with time after talking with management who were very pleasant. Great for people wanting to see downtown Houston or for medical reasons.
Rude, obnoxious man running the park. Lied about 50 amp site. I called to ask why my bus showed 30 amps available and my air conditioners would not run. He said 50 amps won't run my air conditioners; yet they,ve run all over the country. It was a 30 amp site. He was a rude liar. He hung up on me for inquiring about 50 amps. The Christian advertising is to attract families of cancer patients; there was no evidence of Christian values at this park. The man obviously doesn't have Christian values; not kind, not honest. The bath house has two restroom/showers; one is locked all the time and neither have AC nor ventilation. It is a health hazard to use in the summer. 97 degrees outside; 115 in the shower. $46/ day. Many parks around the area. A Walmart lot would be better. Go to this park if you want rude service from a slum of a park.
We stayed at this park because ti was VERY convenient to Minute Maid Park when our Ragin Cajun baseball team was in the Shriners Tournament. The park is old but Well kept snd the staff could mot have been more friendly and helpful. We are coming in again for a weekend of Astros baseball and will definitely be staying here!!
Secured RV Park with security gate for in and out access. I had two sides to choose from then didn t care for either one so then the girl at the front desk gave me a few other options. The two options that she gave me were close to the little dog park area which I like. I chose space 99. I arrived at my space and the guy in space 98 was taking up my space with his car. I had to knock on his door and ask him to move his car he moved it. I noticed that my space had not been cleaned in quite some time so I asked for a rake to go rake all of the dead leaves and trash they didn t have one handy but I eventually found a rake and cleaned it myself I went out that night and when I came back the neighbor was parked in my space again he has plenty of room to park in front of his space but chooses mine. Also the water nozzle was broken and I cut my finger. The laundry room appeared to be clean but no way to make change. I had no idea where the dumpsters were to dump my trash. The place was quiet and everyone seemed to mind their own business. This RV Park is more for perm RVers. I think I paid about 50.00 a night. I value this place more like 35-40.
The staff on hand is friendly and helpful. However, they are not given the tools or funds by the owners to make necessary improvements or general upkeep. While we stayed there a contractors trailer and a gentleman s pick up was stolen right out of the park.
Visiting friends staying there as close to Houston medical facilities. Gated park, pet friendly. About half hour to Space Center without traffic. Watch speed bumps in park - very tall! Bonus points for having recycling.
