Right on the water's edge. Amazing sunsets. Can accommodate any right super small to huge with large tow trailer. Waterfront restaurant and activities. Great place to stay; we will return!

| Great Location

Nice location with many restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. Right at the main entrance is a stop for the free county sponsored shuttle that circles the island and takes you to Port Isabel. The park is clean and well maintained. Renters trash is picked up every morning. Spots are close but not uncomfortably so. Expect to be led to your spot and assisted with parking. We'll definitely be back.

We had a very nice stay at this rv park. The facility was very clean. Lots of oleanders and landscaping. The sites had packed rocks and were level. Very quiet at nice. We loved the pool and the playground. On the weekend there were several free activities such as smores and movies. About five minutes from isla Blanca beach. We enjoyed going to pier 19 for dinner and eating over the water.

| Terrible spot.

I stayed here for 3 nights, site #99.It was located behind a huge boat barn. It was very tight. There was zero breeze and no view. The space was to small to BBQ. It was way overpriced.

We paid $71 for FHU pull through during a Dec/Jan stay. Nearly all spots are gravel, with some having paved patios and upgraded patio furniture and/or a view. Back in spots also available. There s a FB group that lists events at the park and locally and a binder in the commons with all of that info as well. Enjoyed the hot tub, kids played at the sandy playground and jumped on the inflatable. Ate dinner at Pier 19, a close walk and the dog enjoyed the pet walk. Trash pickup at site and lots of cable channels available. Would return to this park our next time down here! Lots of Winter Texans staying monthly. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean bathrooms, showers and laundry area.

We haves enjoyed so much! Great amenities, the staff are excellent, and always quick to respond to any of our needs! The other campers are extremely friendly! The events directors Bob and Pam do an awesome job of planning activities that are fun and advertising so everybody can enjoy. We are already planning to come back every year!
