Best COE Campground on Rend Lake. Beautiful setting Quite with asphalt pads pea gravel patios, picnic table Camp Hosts are great and friendly. Lots of sites with good spacing. A lot of sites have FHU. I would give it a 5 only the COE engineers who build the sites don't think it's important to make the site Level or at least somewhat level. They provide long sites but apparently don't realize the longer the RV the more important it becomes to be level. A lot of the sites are level but a lot are not.
Stayed here in 35' motorhome 9/27 - 9/29/2015. Campground is very well kept and clean. People are very friendly and camp hosts were wonderful with information about the area. The whole Rend Lake area is great. Be sure to stop at the visitor center. Very interesting and informative. Will definitely stay here again.
Clean, well maintained, bathroom, showers. Sites nice size, asphalt pads, pea gravel picnic area.
