Great County Park with full hookups and cable TV
Nice Park with decent showers. Good WiFi but no cable. Gave us the wrong gate code for our late arrival but we figured it out by trying combinations of the code numbers. Nothing to do here unless you like fishing.
This park is a gem. All concrete pads, bathouse/laundry clean and convenient. Love that they have recycling. Club house with books, puzzles and activities as well as a nice pond with .2 mile walking trail/bike path. Campground is right across the road from access ramp to the levee making for good walking and biking. Not near commercial area so it is quiet.
Clean, spacious, nice park. We were located next to a large open grassy area. There are several ponds on the property with gators and birds. Nicest feature is the levee across the street, where you can walk or bike for ten miles. Marina located adjacent to the park. Local towns (Clewiston, South Bay, Belle Glade) have next to nothing in them, so be prepared to spend your time relaxing and enjoying the nature, or go into Palm Beach..
Lovely RV park. Clean, all concrete pads, nice bike path around a pond. Easy access to the levee bike trail and boat launch for Lake Okeechobee . Next to highway so be ready for traffic noise all night unless your site is on the other side of the park. Restrooms clean but old, poor lighting in showers. Would definitely stay here again.
We were very pleasantly surprised by this nice place. Facilities are well kept and very clean. Paved parking sites, all of them with a coal grill, picnic table and open fire pits. Next to Okeechobee lake on a very quiet area. Lots of fauna, including small gators in their pond. We will return.
Spent a few nights here. Very clean and spacious sites. Only a few minutes walk to the rim canal. Nice little lake in the campground. We saw some crockodiles. Fished but didn't catch anything.
We enjoyed staying there for one night. The park is really nice and has wide enough sites. The only thing that bothered us a little was the traffic which was quite loud through the night.
This place is awesome! Great check in and quiet. Pet friendly and ample space to walk around. Well kept and no mosquitoes. Great to rest a day or two in your travel.
