Southern Komfort is well beyond the need for TLC. Junk was noted laying in numerous locations. Dumpsters where full to overflowing. What appeared to be abandoned vehicles, abandoned floating structures and abandoned mobile homes where noted through out the property. Rental cabins where in dire need of renovation if still salvagable.
