Introductory offer of 30 days for $199 plus electric. Clean park, not fancy but large sites. Park is surrounded by farmland, so is very quiet most of the time. Occasional highway noise can be heard, as well as MCAS choppers now and again, but no constant noise. Great spot for Arizona sunsets or stargazing. The Yuma lights do not light the sky out this far south. It is about 8 miles from 32nd Street ( the main drag in Yuma ) but worth it for the solitude. There is a small pool and good wifi. I would recommend this park is you are seeking a park for a good price and basic amenities.
I was told the $199 offer is good for the whole time you stay if you are a first time customer.... There website really needs to be updated....Donna in the office is a great gal . The park is not a 5 star but it is quiet has a heated pool and wifi and the price is right.
We are here at the park and are enjoying it.... It is 6 miles from 32 street... Very quiet at night for sleeping.... The roosters running around are comical... The $199 is good for your stay as long as you want to stay you pay electric... The sites are large....And the nice thing you do not have to leave the park to walk your dog like most parks in Yuma... We are loving having fires at night especially this time of year when it is chilly at night.... The price is right....
Old park looks it needs a lot of tlc. We did not stay here and will not do so. Small sites and far away from everything. Nothing here.
We ve stayed here for the last 2 winters. The first year we took advantage of the $199 per month special. The second year was still a great deal at$250 per month plus electricity. There s a pool, laundry & bbq with a potluck each month.We have made some good friends here and plan to return. Donna in the office has everything under control., she s great. Looking forward to coming next winter. There s not much near the park so it s a drive to get groceries & water but we don t mind.several updates are needed around the park but I think they are working on things.
