| Very nice
Everyone was very nice from the office staff doing the reservation to the permanent residents. Would definitely come back.
| For the rate A-OK, room for improvment
The entrance is very nice and its pretty close to Busch Gardens which is why we stayed their. The rate and transaction was 5 star. The power and water hook up was all OK. The reason for the 3 star is the following. The sites are on dirt and not level, the concrete slab was broken up maybe 5 years ago or more. The cable didn't work and Zero WiFi unless you want to walk up to the main entrance and tag off their router. Being close to everything, our hotspot did everything for us. The grounds need a real cleanup and some of the RV, Campers, etc... need to be towed out. BUT the price makes it 5 star. IF they were to clean the area up, lay down some concrete slabs "Level" for rigs 32 to 40 and make an area set up for RVer's to really enjoy, this place has all the makings for some good visionary improvements and I would be glad to pay more for it and give it 5 stars. The area needs a real clean up but it's in the right spot.

We got what we paid for. Facilities are disgusting, usually closed for repairs, or just unkept. Residents are not required to pick-up their trash. Dog barking constantly. Families with violent relationships. A lot of yelling in public. Power outages.
