Reviews for Spanish Trail RV Park & Campground

| Great RV Park

By user-5773340... on 2018-07-09. Stayed 2017-05-14 to 2017-05-19

Our stay there was great, spaces were large for big rigs, clean sites, clean laundry room, Staff was accomadating , pleasant, helpful, and a great resource for shopping, restaurants and sites to see. Over all we rated this park a five star even though the sites were gravel but we had lawn and each site had a picnic table. This park is located on the South end of Moab but with very easy access and close to all the national parks.

Wanted $3.00 @ night additional to move to another site, so we could receive satellite reception. Park had many available sites. No pool or wi-fi. Nice Pull-Through sites, with shade and picnic tables. Has small fenced pet area. Stayed in 42" motorhome.

| Nice park good sized sites

Nice quiet well kept park with good sized sites. Good cable but mostly nonexistent Wi-Fi. Pleasant and helpful staff.

| Not a return for me....

Woman who took reservation and I think same one who checked us in wasn't real friendly. During reservation process, she wanted to know breed of our dog (why??). I told her we were Passport members and she then said we had to pay cash. When we arrived, I had our PP number and exp date saved on my phone, but she wanted to see card. I didn't have it so had to call PP and have them email confirmation of my membership. WiFi only sort of worked. There seemed to be plenty of spaces, but we were put in space with less shade (because we were PP members?). Maybe I'm grumpy today!

Sites are a bit bumpy. A fair amount of traffic noise, especially at the front of the park. No indoor area for groups to meet when the weather is bad. Staff is not super friendly. Dry sites to the south are allowed to run generators half the day. Not super dusty. Probably would stay here again

| Not good

By user-5809539... on 2018-07-09.

Water pressure damaged our RV. Woman in office was not friendly and wi-fi wad not good. And she put the price for us higher than usually, because of a event in moab (what the other campground not did as far as i know). So all in all, we would not go there again. The side was nice

| Great park!!!

This park is under new ownership. The new managers are wonderful, always working hard to make you feel like family. They are in the process of making many improvements including the addition of a pool and hot tub. This is definitely the place to stay while enjoy the breathtaking scenery.

| Needs improvement

By user-5193320... on 2018-07-09.

The wifi is not functional away from the office. They don't seem to care as long as it works for the office. Bad attitude toward customer service. Water pressure is way too high -- nearly 100 psi at the lower edge, not just 75. They need to fix that, beyond recommending individual regulators. Decent, fairly level gravel sites. Apparently the high demand for RV spaces in Moab leads to a poor customer service attitude.

| Good location

Very nice and well kept park. Close to most attractions. Loni was especially helpful in getting us last minute accommodations. Park is at the south end of town and is not very noisy. Can handle big rigs. Wi-Fi really needs to be upgraded. Would stay here again.

| Not too bad

Wifi is not stable but the places are pretty good.

| Convenient

By user-5907633... on 2018-07-09. Stayed 2017-07-23 to 2017-07-25

Road noise and wind, but mostly a convenient place. The laundry room is open 24 hours a day. That was a plus. The place is terraced. All the sites are gravel make it a little dirty when it rains. No taxi or Uber in the area so we had to rent a car. No extra charge to park it next to the RV. I would stay here again, but it is a no frills kinda place.

Stayed here in a 36' 5th wheel. Beautiful sites, a lot of large shade trees. Great cable, ok WiFi, very clean restrooms and very nice staff. Glad we chose this park to see the Arches NP which is only five miles away.

We were on front row and found it very difficult to sleep, due to hwy 191 constant truck traffic. Wi-Fi very weak. Old but clean bathhouse. Good location.

This park is the nicest park in Moab. It is under new ownership and the staff and management are wonderful. They are very helpful and make you feel like family. They have a new pool and hot tub, large sites with grass and shade and new 24 hour laundry.

| Beautiful Place

By user-4985740... on 2019-08-09. Stayed 2018-09-08 to 2018-09-10

Campground was immaculate, spaces were large enough for our 42 5er and a small car to fit in front. Designated parking spot next to sight for tow vehicle a plus! Pool brand new with ample seating and bathrooms right there. Staff was courteous at check in, and even offered to lug my trash to the dumpster after hours. Great location for exploring Moab and Arches!

Beautiful, clean, great people running this place!

| Nice little park.

By user-unknown on 2019-08-09.

We stayed in February. We usually stay at the Koa in the late spring but it wasn t open yet for the season. We decided to try this park due to the price. Turned out to be a nice little Rv Park. Our spot was plenty wide and long enough for our 41ft 5thwheel. It s close to town and close to a lot of Slick rock trails. The park was clean and seemed week kept. Would stay again.

| Loved it!

Wonderful, quite area! All graveled (love that), plenty of large shade trees, large parking areas, with grass and table. Awesome, large, CLEAN bathrooms all include shower, sink and toilet. Beautiful pool! Appears to be an area used by the older generation, like us. Will definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful visit. Very organized with a terrific new pool/ hot tub. We enjoyed visiting with other guests at the end of a long day exploring all that Moab has to offer. The shaded spots were nice. Would gladly stay here again.
