Great campsite
By user-6751811... on 2017-10-23.
All sites have fire pit and plenty of grass. Premium sites have stream that runs through the back. These are not pull through but very deep. Would stay again. Cable and wireless internet, however range is horrible.

Prettiest city campground

Stayed 2017-07-07 to 2017-07-08
Best city campground I have stayed at.
Only negative is the sites can be a little tight for a big rig. But they don't seem to mind if you drive on the grass. The primitive sites are like a golf course.

Great Stay For More Than An Overnight
By user-5579193... on 2017-10-23.
One of the nicest city campgrounds we have encountered. Wifi is weak at times but cable is excellent. Water and sewer for $30 a night and there are upgrades for more $. There are many primate campsites available also. Spearfish is close by and the Trout Hatchery is across the street. The Hatchery and museum is worth visiting.

Very Nice

Except for horrible WiFi and spaces that are a bit too close together, this a great park, especially if you want to stay in town.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
