All sites are large, mostly back in with a few pull thrus. Power, 50A, and water. Trees at some sites; some sites at edge of lake, others with view of lake. Only about 10 miles from restaurants & shopping, 15 miles to center of Waco. Our 3rd time to stay here. Convenient, accessible and quiet. We have stayed here in 35' motorhome and will stay here again. With senior pass this is about as good as it gets. Good Verizon service.

Using our Senior Pass, this lovely site was $13 including water & electric, covered picnic table and amazing site next to Waco Lake. Incredible!!
This is a great spot. The sites are huge, clean, and the bathroom facilities are very adequate. Highly recommended. And with the senior pass it only cost us $13. Quiet, peaceful, and a great price.
