This campground is nestled in a small valley surrounded by trees with large, grassy, flat spaces. The bathhouse is clean and there's a convenient dump station. There's a little store and grill (decent food but I'd skip breakfast if my neighbors are to be believed) in case you don't feel like cooking. There's a pool and putt putt and both look well kept. The staff are incredibly nice, accommidating and knowledgeable about the area. I would definitely stay again.
Minus the road construction. The employees and guest themselves were very friendly and helpful. You can hike up to a peak and see Mt. Rushmore off in the far distance. When I head back that way, I would definitely stay here again.
It was the most miserable campground to get to with a big rig. Forget the gps it won't find it. Tight turns and one Lane construction made for a Ricky and Lucy scary drive.
