They don't have usable internet. They say they are having problems but they are doing nothing to correct it. Not worth the money.

| Lock up your belongings

Very narrow sites, very close to train tracks. Part of the campground is full of run down mobile homes. Equipment was stolen from our site at night. The staff admitted that this was a frequent occurrence but appear to be doing nothing about it.

| No wifi

Wifi only available behind the office. Park is full. Has permanent trailers in the back spoiling the view of the mountains. Nice trail to town-about 15 minutes.

We were put in the back in the seedy mobil home park section. No WiFi; no cable TV. Got one channel on broadcast TV. $112 US for 3 days. Park stays full so no incentive to improve, I guess.

| Not nice, but the Best in town

By user-5354974... on 2018-07-06.

This Campground are close to Downtown Canmore. But it is not nice, and are not good for a longer stay. There are a lot of very Big motorhomes, and a lot of inside traffic, where most cars are driving too fast. Find another Campground

| Tight

Very tight. Your on a main road that feeds the homes and permanent residence. Lots of traffic even school buses. Feels like your camping downtown. No privacy.

Hurry up if you want to stay here, place has probably been sold to big resort being built at entrance. Construction and dust everywhere. Laundry horrible, good laundromat close in town. Beautiful mountains all around. No TV, bad WiFi, no cable.

| Excellent location for base camp

By user-unknown on 2019-08-09.

We stayed 5 days while touring the Banff area. It was the perfect base camp, though we heard it will be gone after next year due to a new development. Spots are tight but the neighbors are friendly. The city of Canmore was my favorite for it's walking paths. Full hookups. The view out our front bedroom window was amazing. If you're looking to hang out at your RV, this may not be a great place, but as a home base, it was awesome.
