This is an older park, 1/2 RV park, 1/2 trailer park. Nothing glamorous about it, just a place to stay if your working in Plano. Be careful pulling out into the frontage road traffic, or you'll get your front end knocked off. It's about the only option for staying long term but do NOT stay here overnight. It's a $30 background check, $250 deposit, over $400+ electricity if you stay monthly.
I paid $45 a night to stay in a parking lot with hookups. The hookups are so far from the concrete it's ridiculous had to buy an extension for my 15ft hose, not to mention the ditch in between. Spots are WAY to small. There is trash all over this park, restrooms are not clean, very close to the interstate, very hard to pull out during traffic. Loud construction during the day... I know that RV parky shows this is the only thing close but there are a few park 15 mi away on Google Maps, save yourself some time, money, and frustration.
