Very nice park and well kept. Go every year.
I’ve stayed here many times. The camping pads could use a refresh, but overall the same great place!
The lake was a bit low and the pad was a bit washed out, but all-in-all it's a nice campground. I've stayed in the park several times over the last 15 years. My children loved the park and boating at the lake with friends. I'm sure we'll continue to visit.
The campsites have great views of the lake, and access to the water. Our golden retriever loved swimming here. Sites fairly level. Our pull thru was easy to get into. We are in a 5th wheel trailer with a full length crew cab truck
Springfield Campground in Anderson, SC is infested with ants. This campground is set up beautifully and many sites have spectacular views. Bring all the ant spray you can carry and keep your water hose and electric cable off the ground. We were infested within hours of arrival. There are so many other camping choices around Lake Hartwell. Stay away from this one.
