Nice setting with forest views and some sites with views of beautiful Mt Cheam. Staff very helpful, friendly and welcoming as are many of the residents. Large, level gravel lots with picnic tables and some "family spots" with LP fire rings &/or patios. Premium spots are a little larger with a grassy area behind your rig, very close to adult pool & clubhouse, but no fire ring. Park is on the main road into town so expect some road noise during the day. As there are many full time residents who own lots in this park, also not uncommon to hear pressure washers or leaf blowers. Park is close to the lake, hot spring pools and shops - about 10 min walk. Park amenities fantastic: pool was closed but looked nice; bathrooms modern and very clean! Nice play area for children and fenced in dog run. Overall nice place to stay for families with kids as there's lots for them to do especially when the pool is open. Note that during the weekend and I am sure during the summer there are kids running all over the park so expect children related noise.
