My site had trash in a suspicious wet spot and we had to put our lawn chairs next to an open sewer pipe. Recommend looking for an alternative RV park first.

Overpriced
By user-5890114... on 2017-10-23.
Late Night pick after having some service work done. Got in about 11:30 and only needed a 30 amp power connection. Grabbed a park packet and found in the morning the park had only one rate. $49.37. Showers like a gym locker room

Very Adequate Park
By user-5046550... on 2017-10-23.
Needed a place to stay a few nights after a last minute change of plans. This park is large. The individual bathroom and shower was a nice feature. They were large enough and clean. The wifi was spotty at best. We were told that they were conducting an experiment using fiber optic cable. It seemed to wink on and off throughout our stay. Two big gripes: they charge premium prices for less than premium amenities (spotty wifi, no cable TV) and they made me feel like they were doing me a huge favor by letting me stay there. Very adequate but definitely not special.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT follow google map directions to get there, including the linked google map from the KOA website. It runs you right past the park, and to a nearby industrial area. When you come off the highway and see the KOA sign right by the highway exit, that IS where the park is at. Coming from the highway, you'll be turning left into the park.
This park was decent enough, but it was CROWDED. There were tons of rv lots crammed tight together. There is no privacy whatsoever. There are strips of grass between the lots, but they are quite narrow. The driving lanes are very narrow too, and if you get some idiot who parks too close to the road, you'll have to watch for their rigs. The shower house eaves are right up to the roadway edge, and someone obviously already hit the corner of the roof with their rig. Drive carefully in the dark.
The showers looked newer and decent, and you get an individual bathroom and shower combo, the largest I've seen yet. I seem to recall that the wifi was good (it's been a couple of weeks since I stayed there so I'm not sure) but the cable was atrocious. The park had no swings, and there were basketballs to use, but they were all flat.
For some strange reason, they chose to cushion the play area with sand--but not the grainy, heavier sand you would expect. Instead, they chose dusty, fine sand that blew everywhere with the slightest wind. My kids got sand not only in their shoes, but it filtered through their socks and clung to their feet like nothing I've ever seen before. You'll have to bathe your kids after they use that playground, because brushing or wiping off their feet won't work. And every time the slightest wind blew, the kids got sand in their eyes. What were the park owners/managers thinking? I only took the kids to the playground one time for our whole stay.
If you don't mind cramped, overcrowded city rv parks, and you have your own satellite, you'll probably enjoy this park.

Since about the only park around we stay here. Loved it a lot better before LOS bought it. Bathrooms need a good cleaning. Some thing really smells bad and sure it is sewer backup. And I agree it is high price for less that great amenities. But typical KOA charging more than other better parks but they are full with lots of workers and don't seem to have trouble getting the high price

Awful
By user-4662920... on 2018-05-17.
We stayed here on our way to AZ in late April 2018. Very small spaces filled primarily with full time residents so had the look and feel of a trailer park. Garbage cans full. Empty water bottles and garbage tossed on top of roof covering picnic tables. Strong sewage smell. Office closed on weekends so no one was present to monitor situation.

TIGHT!!!!

Did I mention the spaces are tight. I saw several that had to line up their wheel wells in order for the slide out to make it over the water spout. Even you ever want to RV with a City feel (I know what my neighbors are doing) this is the place. Came through during the busy season so not many park choices. Otherwise looks well kept. Most expensive square footage to park on, built for profit, so good on them.

Don't want to stay here again. $45 a night, tight spaces, and some horrid smell. Couldn't sit outside or sleep with windows open because of toxic smell. No one making sure trash is picked up. Lots of permanent residents. Trailer park feel.

Is This Really a KOA

Electrical stand scares me. Water faucets leaky and old like everything else here. Share worn out picnic table with neighbor. Way over priced. Place is packed?? Good news only one night.

Tight

Like everyone else said, this is tight. Slides barely inside of pad area.
Neighbors sewer connection was under our picnic table.
Have to go onto your neighbors lawn to dump tanks or access storage compartments.
Garbage was full on a few occasions, and people just tossed their bags up top of dumpsters.
Pool was nice, but closed squarely on Labor Day, just a few days into our stay even though it was forecasted to be hot all week.
Lots of permanent residents.

As previously said. Very tight between sites and popular as it was full. Streets narrow. No problems with hook ups or power. Light pole over our MH way way too bright and over half of the other lights not working. Check in efficient and that was it.

Sites are too close but otherwise a very nice, well maintained overnight stop while traveling. Easy in/out to I-15 and beautiful view of the mountains.
