Workers were cleaning up and rebuilding from recent river flooding, but some spots were open (maybe 30). They are concrete pads and level. We stayed on a Monday night and there were probably 10 others there. You go through a residential neighborhood and some narrow roads to get there, and a pretty short & steep hill at the entrance (downhill arriving, uphill when departing). We had a 24' Class C. Showers were clean, nice playgrounds. It was unattended registration, so have some cash available. Some spots were right against the river, the others are walking distance from the river. Looks like a nice facility when they get it fully cleaned up and operating normally.
